My Best Romantic Comedy Korean Movie

My Top 5 Best Romantic Comedy Korean Movie

Hi guys! Thank you for visiting my blog :) I've always wanted to do this list when I decided to make my own blog and now I have one so yay for me! Hope you guys would enjoy my first post and list.

1. Windstruck (2004)

This movie ranked 1 in my list because simply it contains all the stuff I want in a good rom-com movies. If you want to watch a movie that will make you laugh as much as it would make you cry, this is the best movie for you. The girl here in the story Officer Yeo Kyung-jin (Jun Ji-hyun), is a young female police officer and I always fantasize this kind of police/detective stories because of the jumped packed action in the story line. On the other hand, the guy here in the movie Go Myung-woo (Jang Hyuk) is a physics teacher in an all-girls high school with a strong sense of justice with a lovable personality. Watch as how the story unfolds and destiny does its magic for them to meet and fall in-love with each other. This movie is great for everyone experiencing different forms of love such as hopeless romantic gals or the i'll-never-get-over-him-type of girls out there. For sure you'll definitely love this movie and I think I watched this so many times already (approximately 8x) and yes this movie is that great.

2. My Sassy Girl (2008)

I purposely put this movie as my number 2 even though I like it as much as "Windstruck" because if you would watch "Windstruck" first before "My Sassy Girl" it would give you the feeling that this movie is a sequel to the first movie Windstruck. Even though both movies can stand alone, I'd like to think that way. That this is the second part of Windstruck :) This movie is very hilarious and touching at the same time. I really like this pure love story because as a teen-aged girl I would also like to have one. The guy here is a hopeless college engineering student and the girl is studying at an all-girls school. They meet at the train station and because of this movie I'd somehow imagine myself in a situation where I can also meet the man I'd love in the LRT haha. Silly me. Anyway, you'll really fall in love with this movie because nonetheless there's a reason why it is korea's top grossing film of all times :)

3. 100 Days with Mr. Arrogant (2004)

This is the best movie to describe the phrase "highschool first love". I'm sure everyone can relate to liking someone you hate at the same time because he doesn't like you back but get you confused with his signals or behavior so you can't help it, and still like him back. This is the kind of love story most of us teen-aged girls can relate. I know we all try so hard so that the one we love would like us back. I say don't give up! Who knows? He just might see that you're the perfect girl for him (like you think) and love you back (like in this movie ooops spoiler haha).

4. Crazy First Love (2002)

How far would you go for your first love? This movie is super funny and inspiring . It's about a very intelligent guy with an IQ of 148 who has set his mind only to marrying his first love.  Because he likes the girl so much, he became close to the girl's father and even seems to be like his real son. He would literally do anything for the girl and meet up to the expectations of the girl's father. I got my emotions so mixed up in this movie because a lot of things has been going on but for sure I would really love a guy who would this be crazy over me. He became my idol and standards for my boyfriend after I have watched this movie. He would even reject the girl every time the girl would initiate a kiss with him. There's also a different twist in the story that would make you changed your ideas and perspective about the girl and the guy in the story. Much love in this movie <3

5. Innocent Steps (2005)

Besides the fact that my heart and body and soul totally love dancing, this movie also captured my young maiden in-love heart. Feel the love and passion in each steps in this movie. You'll definitely love the flow of the story, the music and the dance. What more can I say? Just watch it! You'll definitely enjoy it.
